Blastup Review 2024: Features, Pricing, Pros & Cons

Blastup has been making waves in the past few months with mentions of the service on Reddit, Facebook and even X. People – paid or not – are promoting this service, so we wanted to learn what the hype was about.

So, we do like we always do. We purchased Instagram Likes and will dissect the service and quality for you.

But before you look at the screenshots, let’s see what information we could find out about the company.

Who is the Group Behind Blastup?

If you go on the site, you won’t find much information until you look at the Terms of Service, which was last updated on March 13, 2019. So, we know the site has been around for at least five years and they:

We needed real likes to boost one of our newer Instagram accounts, so we decided to see the quality of the likes and how the platform works.

Step #1: Select Your Package

You can choose between 50 and up to 10,000 likes, and the 100-like package is the one selected by default. We chose the lowest package, which costs just $1.39, because there’s not much to lose if they don’t deliver.

Step #2: Add Your Username

When you click “buy,” you’re brought to this page, which also states that the team is available 24/7 to help you and has 10+ years of experience in the marketing business. You can easily switch package sizes from this screen.

Step #3: Select Your Posts

BlastUp’s algorithm allows you to see and select the posts that you want to send likes to. We selected one post, but you can also select multiple posts from the screen.

Step #4: Make Payment

You can make your payment using a standard credit or debit card, and the process is straightforward. Notice that the company mentions that they meet PCI DSS compliance, which is always a good thing – if true.

Step #5: Payment Successful

Your next prompt screen states that the order is complete and provides a few bits of personal information that we blurred out.

Step #6: Confirmation Email 📧

Finally, we received an email listing our order details and providing a tracking code.

Pricing and Features

Blastup has a lot of unique features and pricing that are worth noting, and one of them is that they have delivery setting options that you can customize at checkout.  The feature allows us to choose the speed of delivery, and we had options for:

If you have a question or an issue with your order, Blastup’s customer support is available via email. They do not offer phone support or live chat.

We’ve seen complaints online about how their support team never responds to messages.

Guarantees

Blastup does have a clear refund policy, and they also state that they have a money-back guarantee if you’re not happy with your order.

But if you dig into their Terms of Service, you’ll find that refunds are only available in the following scenarios:

Essentially, if you’re unhappy with your order after it’s delivered, you don’t really have any recourse.

We couldn’t find any information about refill guarantees either.

What Others Are Saying About Blastup

Before we talk about our own experience with Blastup, let’s look at what others are saying about their services online.

Of course, they have tons of positive reviews on their own website. Elsewhere, the reviews are mixed. On Trustpilot, they have a 4.6 rating. Many of the reviewers are happy, but you’ll also find quite a few people complaining about drop-offs. Yes, they deliver, but their likes and followers tend to drop off shortly after the order is delivered.

Apart from Trustpilot, it’s difficult to find any other reviews from legitimate users.

But what about our own experience with Blastup? Let’s take a closer look at the types of accounts that sent our likes and whether our order was delivered.

Blastup promised to send us real Instagram likes. Did they deliver? For the ultra-low price of $1.39, we did receive all of our likes.

But we’re not sure whether all of these accounts are real.

That said, Blastup did deliver their likes as promised and pretty quickly, too. Within about 10 minutes, we received our likes.

Overall, Blastup didn’t live up to the hype. Yes, they delivered our order fast, but it’s hard to determine whether these are real accounts.

There are quite a few red flags that make us think these accounts are fake or bots.

For the price, you can’t expect much, but the biggest problem we see is that Blastup makes a lot fo promises. They claim their likes come from real people. They also claim that you can drip-feed your likes over time, but your options are very limited for smaller packages.

If you’re looking for real likes, you’re better off sticking with providers that have a reputation for their quality – even if that means having to pay more for it. But if you still want to give their services a try, they offer a likes trial. They’ll send you 10 likes for free.
